4.1.2 Airport operating hours, extended opening and additional opening
|
The opening hours of the passenger terminal are determined by the operational hours of ATS.
|
The operational hours of ATS units are published in AIP, section AD 2, para 2.3. The operational hours of aerodromes not serving H24 are published only by NOTAM.
|
Where services are required outside the airport operating hours notified by the airport, they must be agreed upon separately. To make such an agreement, the air carrier or other aircraft operator shall contact the airport. If the airport is opened or airport operating hours extended on request, the requesting operator shall pay an extra charge for airport opening or extended hours of operation in addition to the ordinary air traffic charges, plus any additional costs for security control. However, the airport reserves the right to refrain from opening the airport or extending its operating hours.
